Shipping policy

All products have been weighed individually, and therefore the total weight of each order is calculated at check out. The shipping cost is based on the current and published postage rates from Spanish Post or "Correos", which can be found on their website. We send all packages as certified, meaning they have a tracking number which we will send each customer after their order is finalized and shipped, and this also means that normally the customer will need to sign for the package on delivery. Spanish Post will not open an investigation into a missing package until 60 days have passed since it was first shipped. All orders will include free stickers and possibly other gifts free of charge. Currently we cannot ship to Australia due to Covid restrictions.
